Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Most of the bucket hats and bottle holders are made-to-order. This means they are not made until I receive an order. Depending on how many orders I have that week will depend if the order will be shipped in 1 week or until 3 weeks. 

Q: I accidentally ordered the pattern instead of the actual hat, can I get a refund?

A: No, you cannot get a refund. The product image says "pattern only," the title says "pattern instant download," and the description explains it is a "pattern." Also, once the pattern is purchased, you automatically have access to the pattern. I cannot get it back. 

Q: Do you make different sizes for the hats?

A: Standard size for adult sizes fit a head circumference of 22-24 inches. If you need a bigger size or baby size, please send me the head circumference in inches and the distance from the middle of the head to the eyebrow in inches. 

Q: Do you make custom orders?

A: Yes, send me your hat idea and I will let you know if its something I can do for you. 

Q: Can I request you to change the colors of a hat?

A: In most cases, yes I can change the colors. Contact me and explain what colors you'd like and I will see if its possible.
