Refunds
We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after purchasing an item to request a return if the item has not been sent out for delivery. There also must be proof of purchase.

Returns
Returns are not accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible if a package is lost or stolen. Once a package is dropped off at the shipping facility, the process of delivery is out of my control. Please contact your USPS.
